More Than You Ever Wanted to Know

  2. I found a chicken pox scar on my stomach a few years ago that I never realized I had!
  3. You cannot believe how unbelievably fantastically destructive my children are.
  4. I really like super balls. Do you know those tiny rubber balls you get from vending machines in Wal-Marts all over the US that bounce really well? Love 'em. See, I'm a kid at heart.
  5. I'm addicted to Spider Solitaire. Damn good at it too!
  6. My sense of smell is underdeveloped. People say that memories are connected to smells and intensified by them. If that's true, it's a wonder I remember anything at all.
  7. I yell at cars. I talk to other drivers all the time, even when people are in my car. My kids have started doing it too, which alarms me, so I try to talk to my kids instead when I'm with them.
  8. I can go from naive to cynical in a heartbeat. Sometimes I'm both simultaneously.
  9. I wear socks almost all the time. I hate having cold feet. I hate being cold, period. Living in Utah sometimes makes me feel frozen from September to March.
  10. I love hot tubs. I don't have one.
  11. When I'm home, I take all my jewelry off. But in public, I always wear my jewelry. When I type, I take my rings off.

  13. I love chat abbreviations and emoticons.
  14. I started a karate class this year, and I absolutely love it! My goal is to make orange belt by the end of the year. That's pretty aggressive, but I think I can do it.
  15. I think one of God's cruel jokes on me is that I love music so much but can't sing or dance. I do it anyway.
  16. I like to eat big breakfasts, especially on weekends. In fact, I wake up starving most days.
  17. Sometimes I forget to eat lunch. People remind me all the time.
  18. I'm an identical twin. We have twin moments a lot.
  19. I miss my mother desperately.

  22. Hate being late.
  23. Easily overwhelmed.
  24. I have some really, really good friends whom I'll keep for life. I make friends easily.
  25. I have a good heart, but it's been bruised quite a lot and has lots of scars. I'm a little too careful lately. It's holding me back, but I don't know how to change that. I'm gonna get hurt again. And soon.
  26. I'm in love.
  27. I'm a perfectionist who has a problem with cleaning things all the time. Still, my life remains a mess.
  28. I have little faith in our government, but I hate people who criticize them all the time. It's not easy flying this plane with a dead elephant strapped to the top. If you don't know what I'm talking about, LISTEN to the news, don't watch it.

  35. I had a tumor a few years ago and have subsequently lost some of my parts. I'm glad that the fertile part of my life is over. Love my kids. Hated being pregnant because I had more than my fair share of medical problems from it. My hubby will back me up on that.
  36. I hate it when a woman calls her husband "hubby." In fact, "pet names" bother me. So does PDA.
  37. I'm a Mormon but taking a break from organized religion right now. I'll be back but not soon.
  38. I was taught to have an open mind and be accepting of all types of people with different viewpoints and upbringings. This has helped me learn many things about myself and my world. One of them is that I don't have to like or agree with everyone to learn from them.
  39. I have trouble trusting people who give gifts. In fact, I usually only accept gifts from my sisters.

  44. I used to be addicted to caffeine. I've never tasted coffee or alcohol, but caffeinated soda has been my Achilles heel for years. I finally quit caffeine as a habit in 2005, one of the hardest things I've ever done. I would go back and forth between Mt. Dew and Diet Coke as my favorite drink. For anyone who's ever tried to kick a habit, way to GO! It's harder than anyone thinks it'll be.
  45. I'd love to travel all over the world. I married a homebody.
  46. I have trouble spending money. Although I love shopping, I feel guilty whenever I spend even a few dollars. I only recently paid more than $30 for shoes, and they were specialty shoes for my karate class. Some would say I'm frugal. Some would say I'm cheap. I'm leaning toward the latter right now.
  47. I haven't cried enough. I've cried too much.
  48. I love my king-size bed. Even little people need room to stretch.
  49. I'm passionate about a lot of things, but I try to hide it.
  50. I try to immitate other people too much. I have trouble being myself. I want to be stronger, more organized, better, prettier, sexier, smarter, more toned, yadda yadda. My need for constant reassurance bothers some people, which bothers me.

  52. I lie sometimes to avoid being embarrassed. Sometimes I lie for no apparent reason, and I find myself thinking afterwards, "Where the hell did that come from?"
  53. I used to play the violin and the piano. I still have my violin and play sometimes.
  54. I trust people too easily, especially about big things, and then I get suspicious over stupid little things.
  55. I live near a small city but grew up in the country. Every once in a while, I need to get back to the country, even if only for a few hours. I find the most peace in the mountains. I could never live anywhere that didn't have mountains.
  56. All my life, I've thanked God and my Mom for my great metabolism. Until very recently, I honestly didn't know what it was like to diet. In the past year, I've learned, and I hate it with a passion. I may just get liposuction to get back to my comfort weight! (jk, sorta)

I've worn contacts since eighth grade. Love them. But I still have plans for laser vision correction since my best friend had it done and loves it--plus, my flex spending plan allows it. It's still expensive, though.

  60. It's been a hard year.
  61. I've had a tumultuous and stressful life; I'm always surprised that other people have calm, quiet lives.
  62. I have some dark secrets. They aren't as dark as most people's, but I'll keep them just the same.
